3.10 Storing of Credit / Debit Card Information

Trinitia Ltd do not hold, store otherwise your credit card debit card details.

4. Intellectual Property Rights and Use of Title - Copyright and Trademarks

4.1 We do not give you any right interest in any copyright other intellectual property rights in any text, images, tables, compilations other copyright protected works featured on our website nor do we give you right to reproduce the same.

4.2 We do not give you any right interest in any product that you purchase nor do we give you right to reproduce the same.

4.4 You may view and access our website for private and personal, non-commercial use only. The copyright in all software and content is owned by licensed to us, unless otherwise specified and may not be used, replicated, copied, modified, distributed, adapted, printed downloaded without our express consent.

4.5 Copyright and design rights extend to the design, look and feel of our website, all photographs and text appearing on it and any promotional material.

4.6 We do not make any warranty representation in respect of any other trade mark and the trade marks of the brands featured on our website belong to their respective third party owners.

5. Specification

5.1 The company reserves the right to update and amend specification of goods without notice to the customer.

5.2 The images of the catalogue serve as a guide only, and the colours and finishes of the goods may vary.

5.3 All sizes and measurements are approximate but we do try to make sure that they are as accurate as possible.

6. Price and Delivery Policy

6.1 All prices featured on the website are inclusive of Taxes. Packaging and delivery in the UK and are quoted in pound sterling.

6.2 We aim to ship all goods within 2 business days of cleared funds.

6.3 Our main delivery company that we use is Hemes which is a two (2) day service but we may at times use other delivery company's such as the Royal Mail Service.

6.4 Outside of the UK delivery charges will be calculated on a product-by-product basis. We reserve our right not to deliver to places outside the UK and will notify you accordingly.

6.5 Delivery outside the UK may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility where they apply. If so, the shipping company will contact you once the products you have ordered are in customs to let you know the cost.

6.6 Please order from us with enough lead-time to prevent any loss or disappointment resulting from the delivery time as we cannot be responsible for ensuring adherence to such lead-time.

6.7 If your order will not be delivered within the timeframe specified when we accept your order we will notify you and try to rectify the situation as quickly as is practically possible.

6.8 All new orders are deemed separate and each is treated individually.

6.9 Please note that we cannot accept refunds in respect of personalised goods goods which by reason of their nature cannot be returned goods which deteriorate expire rapidly.

6,10. We try to package products ordered as well as possible to ensure that the products arrive undamaged. However, if a product arrives which is damaged has defects, we will replace it whenever possible free of charge alternatively provide you a full refund. (Go to section 9 for more details on our refunds and returns policy)

7. Making a purchase

7.1 When you order a product from our website you are offering to buy it for the price stated, subject to these terms and conditions.

7.2 Placing of orders will be confirmed by email. We will then check availability of the requested product and contact you with a further email to confirm withhold our acceptance of your order. If the product is available and the details of your order are correct, our second email will be deemed an acceptance of your offer and will specify delivery details and confirm the price of the product purchased. If the product is not available, we will also let you know by email. We reserve the right to refuse any order.

7.3 All orders are subject to availability. If we are out of stock of any items, we will contact you as soon as possible. You will be given the option of cancelling your order with any money you have paid being refunded, waiting for the item to be re-stocked and continuing with your order.

7.4 We will try to keep our website as up to date as reasonably possible but cannot guarantee that particular products will always be available. If we cannot supply the requested product, you will not be charged for it and we will refund re-credit your account with any amount that we might have debited.

7.5 We will ask for and store your order and delivery details including your address and may automatically insert certain information on your order form so that you can order and purchase products from our website with the minimum amount of form filling.

7.6 We may cancel any sale and not supply products if it is reasonable to do so and may change discontinue the availability of any product at any time at our sole discretion.

8 . Payment

8.1 We allow orders to be processed online using a credit debit card, currently VISA, MasterCard, Eurocard, Delta, VISA Electron and Switch/Solo, using and managed by Paypal. Sometimes we may accept cash, cheque, money order payment but the acceptance of such payment is always at our sole discretion.

8.2 Your credit card company may do an additional security check to confirm it is you who is making the purchase

8.3 All orders and invoices will be sent to the credit debit card billing address and not the shipping delivery address where the two addresses differ.

8.4 All information that you supply to us whilst placing an order via the website is encrypted prior to transmission to protect your details and your privacy.

8.5 We use PayPal as our payment provider.

9 . Refunds, Returns, Cancelation Policy

9.1 Our 14-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition as sold (unopened, with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) within 14 days of the date you received the item.

9.2 Please call our office on 0845 805 3222 and request a RMA number.

Once you have been allocated the RMA number please arrange for the goods to be returned to the address given with the RMA. trinitia will not be responsable for any returned Items without a RMA. Emails are answered within 1 business day of receiving.

Our Business Hours are - Monday to Friday 10 am to 5 pm Except Bank Holidays.

9.3 For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or if the item is faulty. If we do not receive the item back from you with the delivery slip, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost.

9.4 We will refund your credit card after we have inspected the returned product and are satisfied that the product in question has been returned in the condition it was in when delivered to you. We will try to attend to all returns as soon as practically possible. This does not affect your statutory rights.

10.1 Trinitia Ltd takes security very seriously, which is why we have chosen PayPal to host our online shopping transactions.

13.3 Whilst we endeavour to ensure all images and specifications are correct at the time of publication, they do vary. As such, we can accept no responsibility for incorrect images/information. If however you spot a mistake with an image with a product specification, please contact us.
